Why do I have no sound when watching Video? This projector does not support Dolby sound. Please turn off Dolby sound on the devices or apps. (Settings → Display & Sounds → Audio → Dolby Digital Output →Turning OFF Dolby Digital)
Can I zoom the image size without changing the projector distance? (Refer to the QA video for more details) Yes, the projector can zoom the original image from 100% to 50% without changing the projection distance. ("M" button → picture → Reduce Image Size → OK button → ">" button)
Is the projector compatible with my Google phone, Xbox gamepad? How to make the projector better heat dissipation? 1. Due to copyright issues, projectors are not compatible with products such as Google-owned phones or Xbox gamepad. 2. Please take out the dust-proof net from the bottom of the projector regularly and wipe off the dust to get better cooling effect.
How to get a sharp image? 1. Place the projector on a level table and perpendicular to the wall. 2. Open the menu interface of the projector, first adjust the keystone button to make the image a regular rectangle, and then adjust the focus button to make the picture clear.
